I signed up to run the Soldier Field 10 Mile way back in January - looooong before I developed my knee injury. I have been going back and forth for weeks now: Run, don't run, run, don't run. RUN!!! RUN!! RUN!! If you have to stop at mile 2, who cares? Maybe you will make it to mile 6 and get a good workout in so you can eat pizza and junk with no guilt afterwards:)
