Your muscles will burn, you will be sweating, and most likely you will be sore the next day. Who doesn't love that?!!!! My knee has been hurting pretty bad so I decided to take a week off from running. I needed to do something because nothing is never an option. I knew I needed something that would be very low impact so my knee could completely rest. The thought of doing yoga made me cringe and so I was pretty much left with pilates.
